The Street Name criteria is a "fuzzy" search. Example: "Oak" will retrieve all occurences of the word Oak such as Oak Top, Wiley Oakley etc. To refine the search, you should enter the exact name of the street if you know it.
Leave the Street Name blank to include all Streets in the search.
The Subdivision criteria is optional. All Subdivisions are included by default. You may limit the search to one or more Subdivisions in your search criteria. To select multiple Subdivisions, hold down the CTRL key while clicking the subdivisions. To clear your selections and include all Subdivisions, click the "Include All Subdivisions" Check Box. This will clear your list of selected Subdivisions and include all Subdivisions.
Check the Overnight Rental field to search for only Overnight Rentals.
Overnight Rentals are unique to this area. Many owners have put their properties on an Overnight Rental program as an investment type property. Please contact Colonial Real Estate for more information on this type of investment.
